1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Slapana, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Slapana is an AI-powered platform that helps print-on-demand (POD) sellers create professional social media content. We provide:
Digital access to your Slapana account is provided immediately upon registration and payment. You're responsible for how you use the service and the decisions you make based on AI feedback.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Slapana. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing

- Generate up to 10 mockups total
- Access to basic features
- Gallery limited to 10 saved mockups
- 100 mockup generations per month
- Credits reset monthly
- Unlimited saved mockups in private gallery
- All premium features
- 300 mockup generations per month
- Credits reset monthly
- Unlimited saved mockups in private gallery
- All premium features
- Priority support
§ Billing Terms:
Recurring charges happen monthly based on your plan selection. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Credits reset on your billing cycle anniversary (Pro and Business plans only).
Important: Free tier credits never expire but do not reset monthly. Paid tier credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle—you'll retain access until the end of your current paid period.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions are made for unused accounts, forgotten cancellations, or user inactivity.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms. This may result in immediate account termination, legal action to recover costs, and reporting to fraud prevention services.
If you have a billing issue, email us first at support@slapana.com and we'll work it out.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of all designs, captions, images, and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us permission to:
You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to everything you upload. Don't upload content that infringes copyrights, contains illegal material, or violates others' rights.
Data Storage: Your uploaded designs are stored as data in our database, generated mockups are stored in Supabase Storage buckets, and custom prompts are saved with your generations for future reference.
9. AI-Generated Content
AI scores, mockups, and feedback are automated assessments generated by Google Gemini AI, not guarantees. They're based on algorithms and may be inaccurate or fail to generate. You can use AI-generated mockups for commercial purposes, but we make no guarantees about their effectiveness or quality.
We do not use your designs or content to train AI models. Your content is processed temporarily for generation purposes only.
10. Acceptable Use

11. Account Deletion
You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings. When you request account deletion:
- User profile and credentials
- All saved generations and mockups
- Credit history and subscription data
- All uploaded designs and content
12. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures (Stripe, Supabase, Google Gemini AI, Vercel).
We can modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated 30 days in advance when possible.
13. Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We're not liable for AI accuracy, failed generations, lost profits, business losses, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You're responsible for your use of AI scores, compliance with platform policies (Etsy, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X), and any outcomes from using the service.
14. Privacy
We collect minimal data to provide the service (email via Google OAuth, uploaded designs, generated mockups, usage data, analytics). See our Privacy Policy for full details. We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
15. Modifications
We can update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Check the "Effective Date" at the top to see when Terms were last updated.
16. Termination
We can terminate or suspend accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks filed in bad faith. Upon termination, you lose access immediately and may forfeit any remaining credits or subscription time.
17. General
